ROOM RESERVATION
A reservation has been made for you at the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner in the workshop block of rooms under your name with Check In: 11/25 and Check Out: 11/27 unless you have corresponded differently. If you need to make any adjustments to your arrival or check out times, please contact workshop coordinator, Sara Bradley. The workshop has a block of rooms reserved that the main reservation desk folks can not access until the check in date.
TRAVEL
Please make your own travel arrangements to Tysons Corner, VA and send the itinerary showing ticket price to Sara Bradley. Also, please make air/ground transportation reservations as early as possible to take advantage of lower fares. Federal travel restrictions apply (coach/economy only). OVERSEAS TRAVELERS: Fly America Act rules apply.
Dulles International Airport (IAD) is the most convenient airport to Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner (15.5 miles away) and is on the DC Metro.
The Hyatt Regency is part of the Tysons Corner Metro Station complex on the Silver Line. Reagan National Airport (DCA) also serves the area and is a 17 miles away.

REIMBURSEMENTS
Post workshop travel reimbursement will be processed and issued by Johns Hopkins University.
