Workshop travel expense reimbursements will be issued by Rice University.

In order to process your travel receipts as quickly and efficiently as possible, please provide the following by June 9th, 2014:

• Travel ticket showing payment
• Original receipts w/ date
• Summary of amount requested
• Full name and address to mail your reimbursement payment
