Please be aware of the following guidelines;

Due to Covid-19 uncertainties, please book refundable flights and travel whenever possible. In the event that the event is cancelled, we will not be able to reimburse travel tickets for travel not completed.
Fly America/Book through US Carrier only rules apply.
Federal travel restrictions apply. Basic coach/economy fares only.
Please make air/ground transportation reservations as early as possible to take advantage of lower fares.

Airports
Both Dulles (IAD) and Reagan National (DCA) airports serve the area. Dulles Airport is closest and accessible via cab and is currently connected to the DC Metro only by shuttle.

From the Airport
From Dulles Airport a cab is most convenient.

Metro: Silver Line | Tysons Corner Stop
The Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner is located 200 yards from the Tysons Corner Metro stop on the Silver Line via skybridge.

National Airport is on the DC Metro. The Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner is located on the DC Metro at the Tysons Corner Stn on the Silver Line. Train travel connects to the DC Metro at DC’s Union Station.

Parking at the Hyatt
Tysons Corner Parking Garage E (on the Chain Bridge Road side of the Tysons Corner Mall) Level 4 (paid parking) and then use the sky bridge to walk over to the plaza and into the hotel. Free parking in Garage E available on all levels.

REIMBURSEMENTS
Reimbursements will be coordinated by Sara Bradley and issued by Rice University post workshop.
